Al hablar o escribir en ingl\u00e9s, tendemos a repetir las mismas palabras una y otra vez, pero \u00a1nunca est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s variar! Podemos sonar m\u00e1s avanzados en el idioma con unas simples variantes de nuestras frases cotidianas.<\/p>\n

En el video de hoy te ense\u00f1aremos algunas maneras de decir \u201ctal vez\u201d para ampliar tu vocabulario. \u00bfVamos?<\/p>\n

La primera forma es la m\u00e1s conocida, \u201cmaybe<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. La usamos para expresar que algo es incierto o a\u00fan hay dudas sobre hacerlo o no. A ver:

\n<\/em> Maybe he\u2019ll let us do the exam together<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em> Tal vez nos deje hacer el examen juntos<\/p>\n

Ahora vamos a mirar algunas otras opciones, formales e informales, que no son tan conocidas, pero que van a enriquecer tu vocabulario al expresarse.\u200d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Perhaps<\/em><\/strong> \u2192 M\u00e1s formal, pero significa lo mismo y se usa igual.<\/p>\n

Perhaps he\u2019ll let us do the exam together<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em> Tal vez nos deje hacer el examen juntos<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de esas, tenemos las variaciones \u201cmay<\/em><\/strong>\u201d y \u201cmight<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. Ambas son muy parecidas y sus usos tambi\u00e9n lo son. La principal diferencia es que \u201cmay<\/em><\/strong>\u201d <\/em>es algo muy probable, mientras que \u201cmight<\/em><\/strong>\u201d expresa que algo es poco o menos probable.\u200d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

May<\/em><\/strong> \u2192 M\u00e1s probabilidad de que algo pase o de que alguien haga algo.
\nMight<\/em><\/strong> \u2192 Menos probabilidad de que algo pase o de que alguien haga algo.<\/p>\n

He may have gone home.<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em> Puede ser que se haya ido a casa.<\/p>\n

She might not want to come.<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em> Tal vez ella no quiera venir.<\/p>\n
